At a time of major global challenges, it’s never been more important to protect and improve your own physical and mental health and well-being.

In this timely one-day workshop, I’m teaming up with Heal Your Life teacher and health practitioner Janet Goldman to:

  • Show you how to harness the mind-body connection to improve your health and heal dis-ease
  • Help you understand why you have some of the health issues you do and what you can do to change them
  • Share with you some of the latest science and a range of tools and practices based on it, in order to deal effectively with stress and anxiety
  • And help you understand and transform your relationship with ageing.

You’ll come up feeling more empowered to take control of your own well-being in uncertain times, and with the knowledge and tools to start right away on the journey to feeling healthy, whole and complete.
